e na sua fam\u00edlia, conquistando o seu espa\u00e7o e, principalmente, respeito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\">Antes de enxergarmos o paciente, enxergamos a pessoa. E isso faz toda a diferen\u00e7a no que fazemos.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"_GoBack1\"><\/a><strong><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\">Para ter acesso aos servi\u00e7os de reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica, intelectual, auditiva e p\u00f3s-Covid do Ceir, voc\u00ea deve:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>a)<\/strong> Procurar a Unidade de Sa\u00fade mais pr\u00f3xima de sua resid\u00eancia e fazer uma consulta com um m\u00e9dico do PSF ou credenciado pelo SUS. Solicite o preenchimento da guia de marca\u00e7\u00e3o de consultas do SUS;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>b)<\/strong> Anexar \u00e0 solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do m\u00e9dico as c\u00f3pias dos seguintes documentos: RG, CPF, cart\u00e3o do SUS (Cart\u00e3o Nacional de Sa\u00fade), comprovante de resid\u00eancia com CEP e, pelo menos, um n\u00famero de telefone para contato;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>c)<\/strong> Procurar o setor de marca\u00e7\u00e3o de consultas online do SUS no Posto de Sa\u00fade ou Secretaria de Sa\u00fade do seu munic\u00edpio;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>d)<\/strong> O operador de marca\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 seguir os seguintes passos para marca\u00e7\u00e3o no sistema online do SUS (https:\/\/fmsteresina.gestorsolucao.net.br\/):<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Linux Libertine G;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1\u00ba Passo: Marca\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n2\u00ba Passo: Agendamento;<br \/>\n3\u00ba Passo: Nome do procedimento &#8211;
